"Clean" up your act this summer and learn to cook nutritious, healthy, natural and clean foods! This class focuses on the importance of eating healthy, staying away from fast food restaurants, and helping you make food that can help save on you check book! Stacey will be demonstrating a couple different meals, be sure to stop by for one or all of her classes. See the class line up below:

Join Nicki Holt with CLUB SPIN for 6 weeks of a fun filled and blood pumping workout! This class meets three times a week so get ready to feel the burn and feel fabulous! This class is designed to help you build up your endurance, assist you with toning and conditioning, extra sculpting with use of dumbbells! By signing up for CLUB SPIN you are eligible to attend any of our regularly scheduled Spin classes!

With Kettlebells you will receive a low-impact, power-filled, strength-building workout - AND see a noticeable change in your body. A kettlebell is a traditional Russian cast iron weight that looks like a cannon ball with a handle. Kettlebells offer all-around fitness -- and no single other tool does it better. Here is a short list of hardware the Russian kettlebell replaces: barbells, dumbbells, belts for weighted pullups and dips, thick bars, lever bars, medicine balls, grip devices, and cardio equipment. Kettlebells are used by all types of athletes from football players, cyclists, power lifters, ballerinas, swimmers, and more. So whether you are an athlete looking to improve performance and strength, or if you are simply looking for a way to spice up your workout, KETTLEBELLS ARE FOR YOU!

Six Week program with Allison Autrey
High intensity workouts for a short period of time. You will learn new techniques for basic squats, pushups, pull ups, Olympic lifts, and more. All exercises are geared towards a
strong core. Two Sessions to choose from, and two options, you can try a three days a week class or two days a week. This workout program is designed to fit within your schedule!
Eight weeks to Change Your Life!

The TV show, The Biggest Loser has success because there are individuals who are looking to make a change in their lives. Sonora Sports and Fitness desires to help you! The Biggest Winner program is designed to change your habits and your life! This program consists of the following:
- (3) Individual, very intense workouts each week with either Trainer Tammy or Trainer Wilson
- A before and after Body Composition
- Two months access to spin classes
- Individualized menus from the Apex program
- (1) Meeting a week for weigh in and to go over menus
WINNER: Person who has the greatest loss in percentage of weight
PRIZE: (1) Month FREE membership to the adult center gym including (1) month FREE spin membership
